Saturday 12th September 2026. Fryerstown School Hall, Fryerstown (near Castlemaine), Central Victoria. Hosted by Melbourne Insight Meditation. More information available soon.

~ ‘Open Heart, Open Mind’ 7 Day Silent Meditation Retreat, with Carol Perry & Angela McGee.

Friday 30th October - Friday 6th November 2026. Kallara, Strathbogie Ranges, Victoria. Hosted by Melbourne Insight Meditation. Bookings will open in mid-2026.

Group sit teaching dates:

~ I teach regularly at Melbourne Insight Meditation’s (MIM) weekly sits, at CERES in Brunswick, online, and at BSV (Buddhist Society of Victoria) in Malvern. See MIM website for upcoming dates.
